Questions, answered
How long does it take?
Your free preview usually arrives within a few business days of your first email. After you approve the design, most sites are ready to launch in about one to two weeks, depending on the number of pages and how quickly we hear back from you.
What do you need from me?
Just the basics: your business name, phone number, the services you offer, your service area, and any photos or logo you'd like to use. If you have an existing website, we can usually pull most of this from there, so there's very little for you to do.
Do I need my own domain and hosting?
If you already own a domain (like yourbusiness.com), we'll launch your new site on it and walk you through any settings by email. If you don't have one yet, we can help you register one in your name. Hosting is included with the optional Care plan, or we can set the site up on hosting you control.
How does payment work?
You don't pay anything upfront. Once you're happy with your site, we send an invoice through PayPal, and you can pay with your PayPal account or a credit or debit card. The optional Care plan is billed monthly the same way.
What if I want changes?
Revisions are part of the process. Reply to any preview with your notes and we'll update it. We keep going until the design feels right before launch. After launch, small edits are included with the Care plan, and larger changes can be quoted by email.
Will we ever need to get on a call?
No. Everything is handled by email, so you can reply between jobs, after hours, or whenever works best for you.
